Welcome to WinivexGO. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the WinivexGO website, mobile application, and related services.
By accessing or using WinivexGO, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
1. About WinivexGO
WinivexGO is a multi-vendor platform that connects customers with independent vendors, grocery stores, restaurants, and dispatch/delivery service providers.
WinivexGO may facilitate the ordering, payment, communication, and delivery process but does not necessarily own, manufacture, prepare, or directly supply all products and services listed on the platform.
2. User Accounts
You may need to create an account to use certain features.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information.
- Keep your login details secure.
- Not share your account with unauthorized persons.
- Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
- Be responsible for activities carried out through your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, or violations of these Terms.
3. Orders and Purchases
When you place an order through WinivexGO, you agree to provide accurate delivery and contact information.
An order is subject to acceptance and availability by the relevant vendor or restaurant.
Prices, product descriptions, availability, delivery charges, and estimated delivery times may change without notice.
We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order where necessary, including where an item is unavailable, a pricing error occurs, payment cannot be confirmed, or fraudulent activity is suspected.
4. Vendors and Restaurants
Vendors and restaurants are responsible for the accuracy, quality, safety, legality, packaging, and availability of the products or services they provide.
WinivexGO does not guarantee that every product or service listed by a vendor will always be available or meet your expectations.
Where applicable, complaints relating specifically to a product, food item, or service may be referred to the relevant vendor for resolution.
5. Food and Grocery Orders
Customers are responsible for reviewing product information and communicating any relevant dietary or allergy requirements where applicable.
Restaurants and food vendors are responsible for preparing and packaging food safely and accurately.
WinivexGO cannot guarantee that food products are free from allergens unless expressly stated by the relevant vendor.
6. Dispatch and Delivery
Delivery times displayed on WinivexGO are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, vendor preparation time, distance, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers must provide a valid delivery address and be available to receive their order.
Additional delivery charges may apply where an order requires a change of address, extended waiting time, failed delivery, or other additional service.
7. Payments
WinivexGO may support different payment methods, including online payments and other payment options made available on the platform.
You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize applicable charges for your orders.
Prices and charges may include product costs, service fees, delivery fees, taxes, or other applicable charges, where required.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility may depend on the status of the order and the reason for cancellation.
Orders that have already been prepared, dispatched, or delivered may not be eligible for cancellation or a full refund.
Where a refund is approved, it may be returned through the original payment method or another method determined by WinivexGO.
Refund processing times may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.

WinivexGO may offer discounts, promotional codes, vouchers, or other promotional campaigns.

All WinivexGO branding, logos, designs, software, text, graphics, and other platform content are owned by or licensed to WinivexGO unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit WinivexGO content without prior written permission.
Vendor content, including product names, photographs, logos, and descriptions, remains the responsibility of the relevant vendor or rights holder.
12. Reviews and User Content
Users may be allowed to submit ratings, reviews, comments, photographs, or other content.
You agree that your content must be truthful, lawful, and respectful and must not infringe another person's rights.
WinivexGO may remove content that is fraudulent, abusive, misleading, offensive, unlawful, or otherwise violates these Terms.
13. Privacy
Your use of WinivexGO is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
We may collect and process information necessary to operate the platform, process orders, facilitate deliveries, provide customer support, improve our services, and meet legal obligations.
14. Third-Party Services

15. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, WinivexGO will not be responsible for losses resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including vendor actions, delivery delays, network failures, payment-provider failures, traffic, weather, or inaccurate information supplied by users.
WinivexGO does not guarantee that the platform will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold WinivexGO, its owners, employees, partners, and service providers harmless from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, unlawful activities, or infringement of another person's rights.
17. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to WinivexGO if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity, abuse the platform, or create a risk to other users or our business.
You may stop using the platform at any time.
Termination does not affect obligations or rights that arose before termination.
